Attend GameTech 2012 Virtually!
We are please to offer attendance to Defense GameTech Users' Conference virtually!
Please note your virtual attendance will be through Second Life. Sessions to be streamed in-world will be notated on the on-line schedule.
Second Life requires an avatar. If you do not already have an avatar, please create one by going to www.secondlife.com prior to registering for attendance.
Refunds, Cancellations and General Information
- Full refunds (minus $50.00 administrative fee) issued for cancelation requests received by close of business (1700 EST) February 29, 2012.
- 50% refunds issued for cancelation requests received after March 1, 2012 but before close of business (1700 EST) March 15, 2012.
- No refunds for cancelation requests received after close of business (1700 EST) March 15, 2012.
- If switching of method of payment is required a $15 administrative fee will be incurred.
- No charge for substitution of name as long as original financial transaction remains the same. However, if a name change is required on-site, a $15 badge re-printing fee will be assessed.
- A $15 fee will be charged for any badge re-printing necessary for replacement.
