GameTech 2012 Sponsors

On Wednesday evening there will be an open reception to all attendees and exhibitors.  During the reception there will be an offering of heavy hors d’oeuvre’s, alcoholic beverages, and non-alcoholic beverages.  This is a social networking function that will start at 5:00 PM and last until approximately 8:30 PM.  We are seeking one sponsor for the event.  This sponsor will have sole branding and name recognition opportunities.  This is a unique marketing opportunity for a progressive company to gain exposure in front of several hundred conference attendees.  In addition, your company will be given advertising space in the GameTech program.

Asking: $25,000 (Negotiable)

Each day the conference offers breakfast and lunch service to conference attendees.  That days servings will be provided under the sole sponsorship of a particular sponsor. The day’s sponsor will have the liberty to display signage throughout the dining area and use serving cups displayed with company logo.  In addition, your company will be given advertising space in the GameTech program.

Day 1- $10,000
Day 2- $12,500
Day 3- $10,000

Conference organizers will entertain partial day sponsors, or shared sponsors.  Please contact GameTech organizers for details.

Have your logo proudly displayed on the registration website page.  Each logo will have linkage to the sponsor homepage.  In addition, your company will be given advertising space in the GameTech program.

Asking: $1,500 each

Every paid attendee will receive their very own GameTech polo shirt at the beginning of the conference when they arrive at the registration table.  Your company logo will be stitched onto one of the sleeves, and the GameTech logo will be stitched onto the left chest.  This shirt will likely be worn many times, not only during the conference, but later on as a golf shirt or even a casual Friday shirt.  In addition, your company will be given advertising space in the GameTech program.

We are seeking a sponsor for the GameTech program which will be distributed to all attendees prior to the conference and include the daily agenda, bio’s of all guest speakers, and much, much more.  Sponsorship of this item can brand their company logo on the back cover, and will receive full page advertising space in the GameTech program in the front and back sections.
